ORDER CANCELLATION REFUNDS POLICY

If you are a consumer (a private person buying for their personal use) then you may cancel your purchase at any time within 7 days of receipt and we will give you a refund of the price paid within 30 days, carriage charges incurred cannot be refunded. You must inform Forest Architectural Supplies Limited in writing by emailing sales@forestironmongery.co.uk (Notification by phone is not sufficient) and return the goods to us immediately, and in the same condition you received them.

Any “Stock Items” we will refund the cost of the cancelled and returned items within 30 days. We cannot accept cancellation of an order for “Special Order” goods which have been made specifically for a customer. For example any imported items from abroad, specially made kick plates, British made items and products with special finishes.

Please return any goods by a Signed for and Trackable Delivery Service. This will be at your own risk and goods lost by your Delivery Service will not be refunded.

FAULTY GOODS REFUND POLICY

Any faulty goods will have to be inspected and agreed by Forest Architectural Supplies Limited as faulty. It may be necessary to send the faulty goods to the manufacturer, before we can accept them as faulty. Once we are satisfied the goods are faulty we will offer a replacement, exchange or refund.

We must receive the goods back in their original packaging with all parts included and in a re-saleable condition. If we receive the goods back and they are damaged, have parts missing or are in damaged packaging, it is our policy not to issue a refund. However, if we do decide to offer a refund or part-refund on any of the goods described above, then we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 25% of the total value of the goods. Carriage charges incurred on the original order will not be refunded.
